@j7609 I agree. I also practice energy healing and when people talk too much, I strive not to lose concentration. I don’t recommend drinking coffee because it can stick to the colon. Water is the best beverage to clear out toxins and getting plenty of sleep.

To me this seems like it works by the Placebo effect similar to tapping. Like the stuff he’s doing with his hands isn’t really doing anything, but the woman thinking she’s being healed is creating positive effects on her body. Either way, it’s pretty interesting.

@j7609 As much as I like listening to Michael’s voice, I finally just started watching this video on mute. It’s the only way I can get through it without wanting to yell at the woman. Interestingly enough, I’ve watched it on mute about 3 times now, and each time I feel like I see something different, and his approach fascinates me even more. So maybe mute is the key to enjoying the video?

They are doing this for demonstration purposes so it is appropriate for them to keep talking especially for people who are not familiar with it. And you will notice she was having effects throughout the session.
